4.5 cl of Rivesaltes Ambré
1 cl of Suze Gloss bitter aperitif
1 cl of vanilla syrup
0.5 cl of Cognac
Decoration: 1 apple section, 1 lime zest, 1 straw.
Accessories: 1 shaker, 1 cocktail glass, 1 straw.
Pour vanilla syrup, the Rivesaltes Ambré, the Suze Gloss and Cognac in the shaker.
Agitate energetically the shaker to mix the ingredients.
Empty the mixture in the glass.
Using a small straw, decorate the glass with an apple section pierced by a vanilla bean. Add a spiral of lime zest.
