长饮
配方:
5厘升Rivesaltes Ambré葡萄酒,
2厘升香料糖浆,
1厘升Amaretto利口酒,
8厘升苏打水,
1/4青柠.
装饰: 1份酒酿樱桃，1串螺旋状青柠皮
容器: 1个调酒器，1根吸管
将香料糖浆、Amaretto利口酒和Rivesaltes Ambré葡萄酒倒入调酒器中。
用力摇晃调酒器。
将1/4个青柠放入高脚杯中，再将鸡尾酒和苏打水一起倒入。
将酒酿樱桃插在吸管上，用青柠皮装饰酒杯。
注：一瓶Rivesaltes Ambré 葡萄酒（75厘升）可供15人享用。
The Sunset
Long Drink
Ingredients:
5 cl of Rivesaltes Ambré,
2 cl of Spicy syrup,
1 cl of Amaretto liqueur,
8 cl of soda water,
1/4 of lime.
Decoration: 1 brandied cherry, 1 lime spiral zest.
Accessories: 1 shaker, 1 straw.
Pour Spicy syrup, Amaretto liqueur and the Rivesaltes Ambré into the shaker.
Agitate energetically.
Place a 1/4 of lime in a high glass. Pour out the mixture on the lime, make up with soda water.
Stick a brandied cherry on the straw and put a spiral of lime zest on the glass top.
Note: 1 bottle of Rivesaltes Ambré (76 cl) for 15 persons
