The amazing Press dinner organized in Guanzghou this time was an interesting game between dry and sweet : one dry wine and one Fortified sweet wine paired with Chinese fusion food with a cocktail made of fortified sweet wine to start.
All these wines, tasted by the 10 medias specially invited for the event, come from Roussillon. From aperitif to dessert, a wonderful panel of Roussillon wines already imported in South China was served.
