On March 25thand 27th, Master classes of Roussillon Wines were held in Shangri-La Hotel Xiamen and The Langham Haikou. Both master classes were a great success. Let’s review these two splendidMaster classes!

Eric ARACIL, Deputy Director and Export Manager of Roussillon Wine Council was the speaker for both master classes in both cities. He presented the history of Roussillon wines, its terroir, climate, the local variety of grapes, grape growing and viniculture. A total of 6 wines were presented in both cities. We trust that all the participants benefited from Eric’s expertise and passion.
